IPO documents should include more details on pricing rationale, says Sebi

“A proper balancing act between the issuers’ aspirations and investors’ interests is required,” Ajay Tyagi, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) said at an industry event. “Better explanation of the basis of pricing would be in the interest of all stakeholders."
