LVB administrator assures depositors; expects restrictions to end before Dec 16

Tamil Nadu based LVB was put under moratorium on Tuesday evening through a government notification. A few minutes later the RBI issued a draft scheme of amalgamation with DBS Bank India, the wholly owned subsidiary of DBS Bank Ltd, Singapore's largest lender.
